For the CHALLENGED player. If you accepted a match and cannot play it, you can concede it here. Conceding counts as a loss for you, and the other player gets the win.
If you are the challenger, use Cancel a challenge (before it is answered) or Release a challenge (after it is accepted). Neither counts as a loss.
