The winner emails the ladder within 24 hours, cc'ing the loser. One line is enough:
Result: Federer d. Nadal 6-3 4-6 [10-7]
Last names are enough. Add the date if it wasn't today. Say "forfeit" if it was one. The standings update overnight; anything the parser can't read goes to the commissioner.
